VoLTE Issues Rogers S7 Edge

Hey everyone,

I purchased a s7 edge about a month ago and have noticed my calls dropping down from LTE to HSPA on rogers. This never happened on my Note 5. So I reset my netwrok settings and the first time this fixed the issue. After a few days returned from the states, the same issue occured. I reset the network settings, verified LTE was enabled in the phone settings and no change. I contacted rogers and they said everything was good from an account prespective. I also factory reset the phone and tried my friends sim in my phone and the issue continued to happen. My sim in the Note 5 works fine. Anyone know if I am missing something? Rogers is asking me to send my phone in to a repair facility for a week and I just wanted to exhaust all my options before I did.
