VoLTE?

No option on mine either. Purchased tmo variant from Samsung directly. Oh well.
 
I know on my Verizon S10 + it's called HD Voice. That is what enables VoLTE calling features. Other than that, check to see if there's any different wording, that's the only thing I can think of. Sorry if this is no help.
 
Maybe you need to update the Access Point Names so it matches the new provider protocols?

This S10 is Tmobile variant, got it straight from them, so it wasn't running on Sprint prior. The APN is currently set to tmobile.

It must be what @Adam Frix said. It's automatic, not an option to turn off/on.

Reset Network Settings.
Try clearing the System Cache on the boot menu.
Doing this has fixed many a gremlin... double check the settings too. Install latest carrier updates too.

VoLTE is working fine, I was just looking for the option to turn it on/off in the mobile network settings.

With that said, when I was on Sprint and were outside of data service (which was more often than not), I was still able to text/SMS and make phone calls. Not so much with this current T-Mobile service. It's all or nothing. Is this VoLTE the reason?

Mine is and I didn't have to do anything. I have the unlocked, unbranded S10. You can plainly hear that it works by the voice call quality.

Do you have the actual setting to change that option? It works on my T-Mobile variant S10, but I don't have that particular setting on the device to manually change as per the article.

How do you know its working? Do you get a notification of volte in the call?
 
I believe one telltale sign is that you can simultaneously use voice and data

Thank you. I honestly didn't know that as simple as it is, meant VOLTE is working! makes sense. I thought nowadays ALL phones do this...don't they? are there carriers/devices where this isn't possible? :eek:
