Volume Adjustment Quirk

Hello, everyone. I was wondering if anyone else is having the issue I am. As of a few weeks ago (something around that time frame at least), any time I go to adjust the volume of my phone with the physical buttons, the volume interface that pops up shows both the system volume and Chromecast volume. If I was casting, that would be expected. However, this is showing all the time even when nothing ib my home is being casted. Not the end of the world but I am finding it annoying.

Is this happening to anyone else? Anyone know of a fix?

In your screenshot, what's the icon next to the time? I have Sonos speakers in my house and if the app is open on my phone (even if I'm not listening), I get the same volume view you show. If I close the Sonos app, the volume rocker just shows the main volume slider. I'm just wondering if the icon represents an app similar to Sonos (open but not active).

Icon is to show I have a fresh screenshot in my notification drawer. Oddly enough, this volume quirk issue seems to have disappeared in the last few weeks.
