volume call problem on Samsung S8

[Android Central Question]

when someone call my S8 phone and I answer, most of the time if I do not put the call on speaker I can not hear the other side (and my volume is at max) and the other side hears me very low. first I thought it is my own phone problem, but after searching blogs in the internet I can see that lots of Samsung S8 has a similar volume call bug during active phone call. it seems that Samsung is aware of that issue but does not provide solution fix. anyone?
