Volume control?

I know there has to be a simple solution for this and it seems that it was easier done on my Moto X, but I can't find it. I'm looking to make it so I can control the volume for all apps via the volume rocker. For example, the way it is now, I might have the volume low for my ringer, but when an app like Go SMS or Whatsapp sounds off, it's loud. On my X I had the option to let the ringer volume also control the volume for everything. Is that possible on the Fascinate?

Try an app called audio manager.

from there you can adjust ringer volumme, notifications volume. and a bunch of other stuff. no 3 party app needed.

I think I looked through all of that and while I was able to find the spot where I can adjust notification volume, I was wondering, if like in the Moto X, there was a way to tie the notification volume to the incoming call volume. Again, this is possible on the Moto X. If not then Would the app suggested in an earlier post above have such feature?
