Volume is dropping down

[Android Central Question]

Hey guys, I have an audio issue on my 1 month old Honor 20. I don't know when exactly this issue appeared, but I didn't notice it first few weeks after getting the phone.
So the problem is that when I'm watching videos on Facebook, YouTube, or an internet browser ( without headphones ), the media volume suddenly drops down after a few seconds although the volume bar doesn't appear on the screen and also the volume bar is kept at the same level. After quiting an app or switching to another video it backs to normal, but after a few secs the volume drops down again.
Does anybody know how to fix this? Any tip would be very appreciated as I'm getting very upset about this.

Ok so I tried to watch some vids in safe mode but the problem still occurs, what should I do?

Yeah thanks for the link but unfortunately it it didn't help me. I don't know what to do, it's very annoying. I tried to uninstall about 15 apps as I read that some apps may affect this but nothing helped

You have lot of apps on the phone ?

I had about 25 - 30 apps installed by myself, most of them I uninstalled, now I have about 6 apps left - the most important ones. Do you think it's software issue or it's caused by hardware?

Its possible a software bug , when this happened during last update?

Few days after buying the phone I updated to Android 10, maybe it's not debuged yet? Unfortunately I don't know exactly when this problem occured. I noticed it few weeks ago. Last update was about 2 days ago, but the problem was already there.

Welcome to Android Central! Does it coincide with any notifications from other apps?

No it happens totally random, it's not connected with any other action of the phone

Are you sure that you're not getting notifications when the volume drops? For example, if I'm playing music on my phone and get a notification for email, text or other message, then the volume will drop momentarily and then return to what it had been.

It doesn't happen while using headphones.
I know it happens when I get notification, but trust me, it happens randomly.
I'm gonna try to record it and give you a link so you can understand more

Hey, here is the issue recorded. Please excuse bad quality. As I said before, it happens randomly, so first half of the video is Ok - without the problem. The problem occurs at 0:30

I found a video solving similar issue on different phone. I'm very surprised. I disabled some function in developer settings and it looks like the issue is pretty much gone.
However thank you so much for help
