Hi
I have Samsung Galaxy Note II
Every time i receive a call, the volume option pops-up

Anyone knows how to fix this?

I'm not sure if this is what you're referring to:

1. Open the phone
2. Go to "Call Settings"
3.Scroll down to "Use extra vol. for calls" and uncheck

thanks for the response.
sadly it doesnt fix the issue. Maybe i havent explained it properly

When i receive a call, the volume meter pops-up when i answer, and the volume is set aprox to 75%
When i end the call, the volume meter pops-up and the volume is set to 0%
After that, when i try playing a video, i get no sound and i always need to adjust the volume.

when I receive calls my volume pops up and also when I end calls it pops up on my galaxy s3 anyone no how to fix this issue?

Only thing I can put forward is to back up all your data and do a factory reset.

That's what I'm thinking as well. I can't see what would be causing the volume to automatically increase its volume upon answering or ending a call.
