Volume Rocker Button

I only noticed yesterday that I cannot alter any volume from the rocker button. Also can't do a system reset using the V- method.
Does this mean it's time to call HTC? Dpn't fancy letting Phones 4 U play with it.

Yeah, it may indeed be time to call/chat with HTC.

Agreed, call HTC or if possible take it back to where it was purchased and see if they will help. No issues here with the volume rocker.
