Volume Rocker Loose?

Hey guys just wondering if anyone else got a loose volume rocker on their galaxy nexus. I love the phone its just starting to kinda bother me wondering if it is just mine.

Mine has been too. I initially thought it was caused by tugging off my case the wrong way (forcing it to push past the rocker) but people on other forums are noticing this too.

Its slightly loose but doesn't bother me. Its like my iPhone with loose buttons.

I would rather have a slightly loose volume rocker than one that I can hardly push in (Rezound).

When u say slightly loose if you tap it lightly does it make like a light noise. Not click it just tap it

Yep, mine's exactly like that. The power button on the Bionic I exchanged for this was similar, except I'd say even more loose. I notice it from time to time and I'm sure I'm probably being nit picky, but I love almost everything else about the phone so I'm not going to let it bother me all that much.

Yep. I can only notice the noise when doing that if I hold the phone up to my ear. Otherwise the only other rattling I hear is if I shake the phone around

I believe this will be a common wear and tear feature. Like in said before, I would hate to exchange the phone to chance getting a different defect.

My thoughts exactly. Sort of like how the gold-colored paint on my first OG wore off after several months, and when I bought a used one it was fine (but the volume rocker was looser on it).

On my Nexus, the volume rocker being somewhat loose and the all-too-common low-brightness screen banding are the only potential complaints I have.
