Volume stuck

I was surfing youtube and after a few videos the volume got stuck on max. Volume would only change when I turned it all the way down and once I turned it up one notch it would go back to full max. I restarted and the problem went away, anyone else have this problem? Know of any other fix besides restart?

I had this issue too...had to restart, don't know if there is a permanant fix.
