Volume turning itself down?

my volume would fluctuate and that google assistant would come on randomly only while wired earbuds plugged in on zte axon......now i have samsung n8 and same thing only volume goes down never up...............if it's google spying on then i have to say, "yall some .....

What brand and model of earphones do you have? Are they specifically "Made for iPhone"? If so, then it's probably because the headphone jack is not properly configured for Android devices, and is falsely triggering Google Assistant and volume commands. Have you tried other earphones?

You don't have to invoke "Google is spying on me" to explain every glitch on a device. If this were Google actually spying on you, it would be the worst job of spying ever.
