volume warning

Hey guys, I can't seem to get rid of the volume warning when sliding up to the max. I've disabled the absolute volume in developer options. Unfortunately i don't have the 3 dots on the volume section in settings so that can't work. Any ideas? It's everytime i turn the volume up to max. Cheers

You can set media volume limit

Settings>sounds>scroll to volume >3 dots>media volume ringer

Try searching it in settings menu search bar .

No, I wish it were that simple. Not dots and when i type volume, I only get the option to control game media. Seems a little stupid that the software is so different. I've seen that the 3 dots are there in France. But not here in the UK

Yeah just confirming your fear, I don't have the option either (UK unlocked) maybe someone who is on a branded carrier/network can check.

I believe "ON" should be toggled off

Huh, that's how I found it, with OFF Selected and I have been getting the popup.
I reckon I'll let it ride like this and report back.

I've been using these two Tasker profiles in an effort to prevent the volume warning popup and they have helped plenty, but not totally prevented it.
I'm going to turn them off and see if that main setting did the trick. It's rather have the phone prevent it, if possible than hand a Tasker work around.
