Question, what happens if u our lastpass main password or any other manager main password gets comprised? Would everything else be at risk?

Safe-in-cloud is what I use. It has a nice UI and a great desktop app for the Mac and PC. Stores your encryped dat in the cloud in your Goodle Drive account, and syncs well between devices.
