I can't play any movies on my Vudu player...

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Mobile app just crashes...

The app loads up fine, initially... Crashes when I try and play a movie...

Yup, the only thing that can be done for now is report it and wait for em to fix it. I'm sure there will be an update soon that fixes this.

According to the VuDu support forum. Its a wide spread lollipop issue.

It's a lollipop issue that Vudu is choosing to ignore. First they tried saying it was an issue on Samsung's end (I'm using an S6). Nice try. They don't seem to really be bothered by it. Hasn't worked since I got the phone in April. Never had a problem prior... at least Flixster still works.

Been given the same form letter from vudu for at least 9 months. They don't care. Thus I have stopped using their service. Too bad because I really enjoyed it before this lollipop issue. I just wish they said, "won't be investing the money to fix this issue, so either get different hardware or use a different video streaming app". I mean cable/satellite services do that all the time to customers. We may not like it but at least it is put out there got us to make the decision. Vudu just keeps stringing lollipop users along.
