Why doesn't vudu.com deny download of my purchased movies?

All the time I already have d L some ten movies on my Ipad

I am wondering if they deny a download to mobile devices. You will probably have to email them and ask. It might even be a bug.

It works on my Ipad it has been working on ios and Safari for years

This q is just my frustration Do I really have to return my Tab S and get me a twice as expensive Ipad air?
