VZW Business - NO MotoMaker

I am being told by VZW Business that business accounts CAN NOT have a MotoMade phone. You are limited to Black or White.

I asked Motorola Support and they said to go to a VZW store and buy a MM card as a work around.

Anyone do this and have any luck?

Its very possible. You just need someone who knows what they are doing at a corporate store

So far have figured out you have to upgrade a line to Moto X. The girl in the store needed an account number to apply the MM PIN item to. So we are moving our iPad over to see if that can be used as an upgrade path. Our phones are on Sprint right now.

Or u can buy it outright from Motorola's website for 349$ and Verizon may never know. Just pop your SIM in.

I have a business account and bought a DE. Doesn't get more Moto made than that. I'd drop them like a hot cookie if they ever tried micro managing my devices. Just go to the website and use the self service tool to switch sims if you current device isn't a micro.

We are switching to VZW. From Sprint. So can't just switch a sim. But we don't have a current account so they can't treat the MM PIN purchase as an upgrade which I guess is an issue.

Happy to sign a 2 year deal. So happy to leave sprint. + it isn't like they give you a discount for having a bought out phone.
