My S10 continues to give me trouble. It constantly and randomly ends calls, and I just can't have that for work. Verizon and Samsung technical support have been of no value. They are unable to figure it out. Has anyone else experienced this? Maybe a new sim card would help?

Sorry for your issue. Mine has worked fine. Have you tried on speaker to see if it happens then too?

Please try the phone in safe mode and do a test call. If it still happens then it isn't caused by a 3rd party app.

The process for turning on Safe mode is as follows:

Press and hold the Power button.

Tap and hold Power off.

When the Reboot to safe modeprompt appears, tap again or tap OK.

Your device will then restart and it will say “Safe mode” in the bottom-left corner.

If the new sim doesn't work try a factory reset.

Thanks, already tried it. Was in safe mode most of today and the problem continued. Hopefully a new sim does the trick. I did buy an S21 but am returning it, as I'm going to stick with the S10 for a while longer. If the problem doesn't get fixed, I'll have to keep the S21.

Just ordered a replacement sim card. We'll see if that does the trick.

I'd give it about a 50/50 chance of working. When I worked at Verizon replacing the SIM was one of the first things we did when a customer had problems just because it's a quick and easy compared to a lot of other trouble shooting.

I have a couple of longer calls scheduled for today, so I'll find out if wiping cache does anything to help.

Is the S10 originally from Verizon, or was it unlocked from somewhere else?

Does it happen regardless of wi-fi calling being on or off?

do you have a screen protector installed or is it in a case that may be touching the screen in an odd way? are you using a BT device?
