Since updating my 7e a couple days ago, my phone has been struggling tostay on 4g and has been murdering my battery. Android Systems is using more than my screen on the Bat percentage.

Any suggestions?

Try doing a cache partition wipe. Turn off your phone. Then simultaneously press on the volume up button, the power button, and the home button until you see blue writing at the top left corner and an android character appear. Once the boot menu loads, use the volume down button to select wipe cache Partition and select using the power button. Then use the volume button again to yes and power button to select it. Then hit power button again to select reboot phone. That should fix it. I do this every time I update my phone. Give the phone about a day to get back to normal usually does so after a full charge.

After letting the phone do its thing and work itself out my battery looks like this after about a week.

First, how do you have a dark theme in your settings ? Second, I've let mine settle down for a week and it only seems to get worse.

I'm also experiencing some significant battery loss, as a result of the September update. I did a full reset and turned almost everything off just to get some decent battery life. Hope this gets corrected in the next update. So irritating.

I noticed whenever i take my phone off the charger android system drains heavily until aroind 70 to 60 percent.
