Wait for the S4? Or is the DNA good enough?

I am due for my upgrade any day but have been holding out for the S4. I have found the DNA on Newegg for $80. 1) Should I wait for the S4 or is the DNA good enough to just pull the trigger? and 2) Has anybody ever dealt with buying a phone on Newegg? How about anybody replacing their broken phone after buying on Newegg? Verizon has pretty adamantly told me they don't place nice with phone replacement if you get it from an outside retailer.

I got mine from amazon wireless for fifty. Worth every penny.... Haven't had to replace but if I do, I added insurance so Verizon is gonna treat me just like any body else. Period.

They (Verizon) keep telling me that they won't let me get the phone insurance through them if I buy it on Amazon. How did you get it after you bought the phone? Did they give you ****?

The day I bought I put insurance on it at checkout on amazon. Now I'm questioning if I did it right...

Ended up getting the phone from Newegg. It was hard to argue with a quad core, 1080p phone for $80! They provided their own "phone protection plan" which has no deductible but replaces up to 3 phones per year for $7.50. Pretty happy...didn't really want to pay $200+ for the S4 anyway.
