Wait...So is 4.1.2 available through Kies now for the S3?

Im confused. Some of these posts are leading me to believe that the 4.1.2 update is now available. but mine says there is no update....

Its not available, at&t is taking their sweet time with this update. Don't really know if we are getting it!!!!

I don't know what's the hold up being that they updated all these older phones before the s3. But, here comes another person saying, "root your phone". Too that, I say, blow it out your a**!! ?
