Waiting around for my ice cream in Seoul

So...being a newbie to Android I didn't realize the Android community has been waiting quite awhile for this particular treat. Reading threads and articles here and there (and being in Seoul) I had been hoping to get this update sometime today. Alas it is 10pm and nothing yet.

I went to the Samsung(Korean) website to see if they had any news on it and it does indeed say that they are planning to start implementing ICS for the GS2 starting on the 13th(which it already is here) in Korea, Poland, Hungary, Sweden etc. It says furthur that here in Korea the upgrade will also be implemented for SGS2 LTE, the Galaxy Note, and the Galalxy Tab 8.9/10.1. The new update includes Face Unlock, Snapshot, Photo Editor etc.

Meh! Sorry if this is all old news to you experts. As I said, just waiting around for dessert and getting impatient for something I didn't even know I missed *laughing at myself*

The key word in the statement is "start". Depending on the number of devices and the capacity of the servers pushing the update out, you might still be waiting a couple of days. But you still will be getting it before people on a lot of other devices.

Guesstimating the number of people here who have GS's I might be waiting awhile like you said lol. Hopefully I'll see it by the end of the week
