Wallpaper changes when phone is turned off

Everytime I shut my phone down, or a program shuts it down, when it restarts the wallpaper resets to something else and everything I have set up as far as widgets and apps and screens reverts back.

I found the thing for saving my settings, but unless I go back and save it everytime I move a widget or add an app to a home screen it doesn't work.

Why does it do this?

Mine has done that to me a couple times, particularly when I first started using the phone. If you save the scene then it should be fine. However, now if I make a minor change and forget to save it it doesn't seem to matter. I'm not sure why it would forget the scene or why it doesn't seem to always do it.

Do a hard reset.it will fix it

We have done a hard reset on 4 devices and fixed the issue on all 4 .
