Wallpaper issue

I had just set a new wallpaper on the home screens for my phone but it is doing something weird. As I change the viewing angles of the phone the wallpaper moves to different position . It really bugs me because I had everything lined up properly. Anyone have a similar issue or have a solution?

Not sure if I'm understanding, but it sounds like you have something like iOS's parallax enabled. Did your old wallpaper do that as well? I kinda remember reading that the S6 came with an option for that to give a kind of 3D effect, but can be turned off.

From what I read on XDA forums all you can do currently to turn it off is to use a different launcher.
