I've been messing around with Go Launcher themes and different wallpapers. When I decided to go back to sense, wallpapers no longer scroll. OK, easy thing to fix right? I've looked EVERYWHERE within the settings and I have yet to come across a setting that would revert back to scrolling wallpapers. Anyone have any ideas? I'm totally stumped

I cannot find an option for scrolling wallpaper either. I was bummed. I love scrolling wallpaper.

The wallpaper does not scroll on sense 3.0 and above as a result of the carousel animation. It only scrolls on the older sense versions

I think I rather have scrolling wallpaper then the carousel animation, even though it is a cool feature :(

Wallpaper does not scroll in 3.5. You have to use an alternate launcher like Go Launcher.

My solution: install Gingerbread Launcher free, by Eugene373. It gets rid of the Sense carousel and enables wallpaper scrolling. It also changes the dock and app list to stock Gingerbread, which I also like.

Go Launcher has an option to turn wallpaper scrolling on and off (preferences - visual settings - backgrounds). Maybe if you re-install it and turn it on it will carry over to the sense launcher?

I loved Sense back in the WinMo days, but I have never like any of the Android iterations. I used to heartily recommend Go Launcher, but the constant notification bar ads have become obnoxious. I now use Nova Lanucher, which has just as many features, including wallpaper scrolling and themes, and it feels leaner.

I like sense, and it wasn't until the great war over GNex vs. the Rezound that I even realized that there were so many haters out there. Anyway, back on topic ~kind of~ I don't miss the scrolling background, and while I thought it was cool I don't use the barrel-roll feature at all/hardly ever/next to never, unless I'm bored and just messing around. Still like sense. Go is getting rediculous with its ads in all of their apps. GoSMS is sending me texts about other apps or features, and sending me in app notifications. I'm about done with it. Not just for those reasons but also because it keeps messing up my private messaging options and putting private contacts in my public box. Plus every pic you send pops up an ad to GO PRO, for something crazy per year, or for so many uses. Really? Pay once and be done I might buy in subscribe and they can........
