Wallpaper on Moto Maker

On Motomaker, while buying the phone I choose a custom wallpaper from one of the options available there. It got deleted while I did a factory reset and I can't find it anywhere now. How to get the wallpaper and original theme that I had before the reset?

Anything you downloaded got wiped when you did the factory reset. Look for wallpaper for that size - there are literally tens of thousands of them on the web. The one you got is probably among them. (And you may find something you like better. - you can spend weeks looking through wallpaper.)

Or contact Motorola and let them know your situation. I'm willing to bet they'd be happy to email you the file.

...adding, when I upgraded to lollipop and then did a factory reset my moto wallpaper was still intact and selected as the default wallpaper.
