Walmart selling Evo too, no rebate needed

Bleh, the $199 price is only for new Sprint subscribers. For renewing subscribers it's $299. If you are already with sprint, this is $100 more than buying from Sprint direct (after rebate).

Bah! Would have been nice if they had it in-store. We'd be able to get it at 12:00AM tomorrow then... :P

Not at Best Buy. It is the same price rather it is a new line of service, or you qualify for a new phone. (2 year, not 1 year). Sprint says "$150" off after two years, but they always give the same price as a new contract. If they didn't, why would you stay with them? Get $150 off or go to Verizon and get a phone and plan at a new customer price.

Total BS. And the 'retail' price even changes when you select different purchase options. FAIL.
