Pistols blowback. The pistol has moved so the 'alignment' will be off. Either is possible but expecting the pistol to line up with the trajectory of the bullet after the bullet leaves the pistol isn't likely. :-
 
If you were to download the pic and look at the exif you'd probably see a shutter of about 1/60 it's indoors, no strobe and a max of 800 iso. 1/3000 is utter fantasy

Well, perhaps.. but we don't have the exif data so that's speculation. Technically speaking, the shot is possible.

But you do have the EXIF data. You just download the picture and open it in an image editing program to view the info. The S7 maxes at a relatively low ISO and it's an indoor shot so technically speaking only a slow shutter is possible.

Bullets are way down range before the recoil moves the pistol or the action opens.
