The Samsung Galaxy S5 Duos, G900FD, does not have a locked bootloader. Rooting, (https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2696537), and a custom recovery such as TWRP, (https://twrp.me/devices/samsunggalaxys5qualcomm.html), is the way to go. Check with individual ROMs for their particular installation instructions.
