Want to Switch to Galaxy S5 from iPhone 5S But Getting Cold Feet

Wow man, my iPhone 5S, (or 5, or 4S OR 4) never crashed. Like ever. Don't get me wrong - my SGS5 doesn't either. But crash every day?? What are you honestly doing with it.

Same here. My iPhones NEVER crashed, even while being Jailbroken. My S5 has to be reset weekly. Sometimes it just stops receiving the internet. I will have 4g, full bars, but can't connect to anything. I restart the phone and it all works great.

This is almost exactly like what happens on my iPhone. It will stop receiving the internet (4G and wifi). won't receive texts, becomes extreme laggy to the point where a reset is necessary. Usually the lag is induced by simple things such as having Chrome, the music player, and the Messages app all open at the same time. Also MAJORITY of the time when I go to send a picture to someone from my camera roll, it crashes. Now if I'm in the Messages app already and go to add a picture that way it's usually fine. Weird stuff.

WhatsApp is what I'm using. Works perfect.

You can only send messages on that within the app correct? Meaning both people have to have WhatsApp. I couldn't just send a message to anyone.

I've been an iPhone user for ever and about a year ago switched to android and haven't looked back. The thing you get with the iPhone is reliability it works 99 percent of the time where you might have some hiccups here and there with android. But that being said I have the s5 and the note 3 and I cant get over how easy it is to do things on them and the freedom to do them. My wife was a die hard iPhone user and she started to have similar problems with her iPhone but said I'll never switch to android well I got her an s5 last week and she is loving it she just had to play around with it to see how easy it is to use it and she also loves the camera and videos it takes.
