[Wanted] App that will record my intake of medication.

I want an app that would allow me to record each time that I take medication. It should allow me to summarize the data for providing it to healthcare professionals such as doctors and nurses. A lot rolling period of one month of data should suffice (Data older than one month would be automatically deleted).

You can also search Google play for "medication tracker", there are a number of apps that come up. Unfortunately I don't have personal experience with any of them

I used My Pills Box for a shot while when taking numerous types of medication, it was pretty convenient for keeping track. Not sure how well it'd be for presenting the overview though.
