Wanting to flash firmware not Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G (Verizon)

So, I bought this phone through Verizon (SM-N986U). I would like to switch over to the unlocked firmware, mainly for the Call/Text feature that you can use on other Samsung products. Verizon thought it was a good idea to scrap that and replace it with it's mediocre version of it. What i would like, is detailed instructions on how do so, and what specific firmware to download. I always get as far on getting Odin, and getting the right things together, what is never clear (at least to me) is which firmware version to download. Any and all help is very much appreciated.
