Was it worth the upgrade

I have the pixel 2XL and with the black Friday sale coming up I am looking for feedback from those that upgraded.

I too had the Pixel 2 XL. I upgraded to the Pixel 3 XL 128 and got one for my wife too. We both love them. I would upgrade again without hesitation.

Same here. Too expensive for me at regular pricing, but can't resist the $200 off from Google store. Probably would have bought one used sometime next year, but why wait now?

My gosh, you guys and your notch hate.

I have an XS MAX and had and X last year. iPhone users already went over their notch rage and got over it. It's here to stay for probably awhile, so just get used to it.

I don't even notice mine when I look at the screen anymore, it just blends right in.

It's not as bad as people make it out to be.

I think its like a scratch on your new car. Once seen, cannot be unseen. Sure, over time you will stop noticing everyday, but you'll always know its there.

That's a rough comparison but I get your point. In my case it was never a negative for me.

I think if you have a pixel 2 the upgrade is not a must. However like I told my friend who has the original pixel phone who wants to upgrade, get the pixel 3.

It's def just an incremental change. I'm just addicted to having the latest Google phone. But, honestly, there's not much daily difference between the 3XL and my 2XL. People key in on different things. The notch doesn't bother me at all. It has better water resistance than the 2. And, it has wireless charging if you're into that.

While I agree with you somehow the 3 feels smoother. Could be all in my head.

it was worth the upgrade to me ,even experience a little glitch right now with the sim dont hold me back from loving this device.

No way could I go back to a smaller phone
