Was locked out of my sprint Samsung note 5 . Did a factory reset and cannot pass Google log in?

My phone locked me out of my fingerprint login and I could not log in with any other form of log in ( would not allow my alternative password and not allow Google acct info). I did a factory reset and now I cannot pass the Google log in page. I know all my passwords and am currently signed on to Google on my PC. I tried a reset again and can still not pass the Google sign in even with all my correct info????
