I do like the look of the 3, but given it will have lower specs than my 2XL and it looks similar to the 2XL I am happy that I have another year on my contract. I hope the P4 will be better.

I am waiting for the 3xl but if it's underwhelming I may get a note 9 or something similar til the 4xl comes out next year

Why in the world would someone leave a new Pixel 3 in the back of a Lyft car? A significant percentage of the passengers for Lyft, Uber, et al. are drunk and or otherwise not at their peak. If I were with Google and wanted to "lose" a Pixel 3 to get some PR it would be in an a cafe that caters to Apple users. Of course, that does lead me to wonder what the characteristics would be for a cafe that caters to Apple users.
