Watch 7 vs. Watch 8

Anyone that upgraded from 7 to 8 - any big differences? I was thinking of upgrading while I can still get it with trade-in for under $100 but not sure I will bite. I'm honestly a bit tired of having to keep buying new bands every year. Annoying enough to do with phone cases!! Plus I agree with folks that those new snap on bands are really annoying to get on/off. Thanks.
