Anyone have this issue? When I was using the S2 I could silence the phone ringing by pushing the button on the watch. The S3 frontier seems to not have this feature or I'm missing something. I so want that feature back.

Let me understand this, when my watch or phone rings both are silenced by answering eather one, I actually keep my phone ring tone tuned down so I don't have to listen to both its to much
S3

I keep my phone on silent most of the time because my profession requires it. Depend on my Frontier.

But I have a problem: if it's in Do Not Disturb mode I can't get my watch to turn on the sound to locate. What am I doing wrong?

Is your phone an LTE model, and if so do you have a one number service with LTE enabled at all times? The only way you can stop your phone from ringing with the watch is if it's connected by Bluetooth and not connected to LTE (if a one number service is activated).

First, what phone do you have? If it's a Samsung, you have to make sure alarms are an exception to the DND mode. I don't know if it's able to do the same thing with other manufacturers.

I have the LTE, but it's connected via Bluetooth when I'm in phone range. I'm doing the Verizon thing they call share line. If I call my cell number my phone lights up shows my cell number and instantly plays my voicemail, so I assume I have one number service. Thanks for replying, this is my first go round with LTE version.

Thanks. I have S8plus and corrected the issue.

Do you have LTE set to always on? Because if so, it's still not actually taking the call as Bluetooth.

I can't see a connection for LTE--at least when you're in Bluetooth range. Mine is set to WiFi and I assume the phone automatically switches to LTE.

If there is a setting that specially says LTE I would much appreciate knowing where it is. In any event, when I'm out of bluetooth range my Frontier rings through with calls and notifications.
