Watchband coming off?

OK I have really tiny wrists. Like last hole on the band and the watch still slides around tiny. I say this because I am wondering if that could be what is causing my watch band to come off the device. I've only had the watch since the 25th of November. I don't use an after market band and it is the official band that it came with. Do you think it is a defect that I should return/exchange the device over or should I just try a different band/new pins?

I don't think that should be happening even with small wrists. It might be that the band is not attaching properly or that it is defective. Problem is it might also be that the pins inside the watch (where the band latches into) are too wide. Do you have a spare band to test? If that happens with another band, then I'd take it in for replacement.

Or if you're within your return/exchange period where you bought it, then just get another one. It's safer.

I don't have a spare band so I'll see if there is a near by store that has one and can do the exchange
