"Watching OTA" on my lock screen

Any idea why I have this on my lock screen, along with the TV remote options (power, channels, volume)? I have used the remove with my Samsung TV, but now it's there all the time.

There is a setting in the Samsung remote app that adds itself if you don't uncheck the box. Annoying.
