Watch's heart monitor on the cell

For most exercises as skiing, I just use Samsung Health on the watch.

For cycling, I would prefer to use my cell (installed on a mount). Usually I do this in combination with my chest strap. Is there any way that my watch could send continuously its heart rate readings to a fitness app on my cell?
