Water Damage Indicator Location

Just curious as to the location of the Water Damage indicator on the Thunderbolt? Also, what is the original color and what will it turn to when it is wet?

There is one on the Battery, not sure of where else. I would assume it will go to a total red when touched by water.

It's a little white circle with a red X on it located near the SD Card. When exposed to water the X on the circle will bleed out and turn the white circle pink or red.

I saw the one on the battery but I can't find the one located by the SD card. I was curious if it was located in the headphone jack. My 11 month old son was slobbering all over the top of it today. Didn't look like he hurt it but it peaked my curiosity.

No, not in the headphone jack. It would have to be someplace viewed easily. As stated already, it's on the battery itself, and it doesn't have to be a solid dunk in water - it can slowly turn from white with red dots/x's on it to a light pink, and more red as the phone is introduced to repeated high humidity. As a VZW rep for our military recruiting team a few years back, we saw a lot of battery indicators turning light pink and then darker over time before polling the users. The general consensus was that most of the time those that carried their phone in their front pocket incurred the quickest turning to red based on the higher moisture content. If you don't have a belt clip, use your back pocket, jacket or upper shirt pocket, or purse if female.
