Waterproof works.

Just for the heck of it, I tried the waterproofing of my S7E...took a shower while I was finished watching my movie.

Works perfect in the shower and no issues after the shower. The water from the shower was triggering screen touches, so I locked screen.

Manual says blow into the charge port to clear out water afterwards.

Obviously I won't plug my charger into port for a few hours. Wireless charging is fine too.

The video player has a padlock icon in the upper right corner. When pressed/activated, no controls work, designed for uninterrupted playback.

Honestly, I didn't test that. Just forgot. But, I agree, it probably wouldn't work.

I have had it underwater for 5 to 10 seconds in 2 feet or so of water. It's fine. Phone works fine. Don't worry. Take advantage of the "5 feet of water for 30 min" only thing is. The Google now app keeps bowling up randomly. So I have a post about that. How to disable it while to dries.
