wavy screen when scrolling on samsung tab s2 9.7

hi. i was trying out the new samsung tab s2 9.7 in a local pc world store, and noticed when i was scrolling the page up and down the page was uneven like in a wavy way, i was wondering if anybody else has tried or has a samsung tab s2 9.7" and has had this issue

Welcome to Android Central! It's possible someone may have turned on a power saving mode that throttles back the CPU.

Mine does this too with no power saving enabled. Seems to only be an issue when Web browsing though i have a feeling it will occur in other areas too.

It definitely is there, but only in portrait mode. But it is not a problem for me.

I can see it also. U got to kind of blur your eyes and scroll up and down slowly

As said it's only in portrait mode.

Was watching a review on Youtube last night and saw it occur there too but it was not pointed out by the reviewer at the time.

This is, by far, my biggest gripe with this tablet... actually, probably my only gripe TBH. It's SO apparent to me, but other people seem to genuinely not even notice it. It's like this panel wasn't designed to be used primarily in portrait mode or something. I'm also a person who is highly sensitive to FPS dips and low refresh rates and complain about those when other people don't even appreciate a difference, so I guess it's just not a glaring issue for most people. I decided to keep the tab in spite of this, because most of what I'm doing is landscape videos/games and reading manga in portrait (which is a right/left left/right swiping instead of scrolling), and the only time this really becomes and issue is when I'm scrolling through FB feed or something.
