way to run Motorola clock/bedside/dock mode on HTC on HTC phone?

Hi, is there a way to make your non-motorola phone run clock/dock/bedside mode? I LOVED the bedside clock on my old Backflip and I want it back! I haven't gotten a new phone but will within the next few days on Verizon. Do all the Motorolas have the mode still? Thanks for any help you can give me!
