Waze won't connect with Jabra visor bluetooth speaker

Have an older vehicle so I sue a Jabra visor mount Bluetooth speaker. Cannot get Waze on my phone to connect to it, except when I am on a phone call, sometimes (not always) Waze will "interrupt" the call so both parties hear the Waze. Not a real problem but would prefer the Waze to give its cues via the Bluetooth speaker

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Bluetooth, tap the gear next to the speaker entry, and make sure Media Audio is turned on.
