WD-TV coolness

Like a lot of people we got our preordered GS4 last week. It's my son's phone and we are learning all the new things it does compared to my GS3. We were watching a movie on a WD-TV Live Media Player when all of a sudden, the movie stops and a photo from his phone shows up on the TV. We both just looked at each other. I said what did you do? He wasn't sure. The WD TV is on our network and his phone is on the Wi-Fi network too. After more fiddling around it seems that if you are on a photo or video you can select the share function and pick the media player. I just thought it was pretty cool and felt like sharing. I could not find the function on my GS3
