We do not have a record of Order Number XXXXXX

I placed my order through verizonwireless.com and received the confirmation email on 6/26. Every time I try to login and check my order status via the link in the email, I get this "We do not have a record of Order Number... "

I called Verizon and they said my order is in the system.

Anyone else experience this?
 
When using the link to check your order, make sure you select the correct location for where you placed the order.

sometimes it isn't correct. i ordered over the phone but it didn't show up as a phone order, however, it did work as a web order.
 
I'd been having this problem and just now realized (after I dunno, maybe 7 years) that Verizon has my last name spelled wrong. Works now!
 
i had this same problem, my solution was that apparently the form treated my last name as my first name. pretty lame but whatever, as long as I get my phone.
