My accessories just came in.

I never found mesh/cloth bands that I liked for any of my older Galaxy watches. I'm coming from the 6 Classic, and these options look very promising, with the new lug system. I'm also on the fence of which metal band to keep as a primary. I used to have all black on my other GWClassics. My 6 Classic was the first one that I went all silver. With the 8Classic having both Grey and black always present I'm going to see which one I like with it best. And lastly, I usually always rock a bezel cover and watch case. I'm particular for stuff like this. I haven't seen a grey/silver one that I like just yet, but I hope one pope up soon.

Did those Fabric bands come from Samsung? Last year was the 1st time I used their fabric bands or had seen them when I bought my watch 7 and I have 3 or 4 and love them. They velcro fit me good. Sometimes the sports one irritate and make my skin red. Last year you got a free band the white fabric extra when I bought my 7x40mm. I eventually got the creme sports band that they advertised with my watch didn't wear it much but it was nice.

But I always buy and it's just me but I like the full on bumper covers with a protector built in. Usually rubber clear and sometimes I'll get a pack of colors but I lose them every so often one will fall up. Here is what I got on Amazon 2 transparent ones rubber and 2 black ones their like hard with a hard circle in the middle. I'm used to the rubber ones I had one once It was so hard to get on and off it came with a guitar pic for help.

Anway I got my mystery box yesterday from Samsung Guru affiliate site and it had the same hard bumper case in white with black around the circle. I chose I was getting the watch 8 don't think it had an option which one I forget now but it sent me a 40mm and a 44mm one and a watch band and cleaning set with wipes a cloth and cleaning sticks. So the 4 top covers are Amazon and the bottom with the band is my free stuff I got yesterday in the mail. Watch will be here tomorrow. I have so many old bands sitting here on my desk trying to sell them so I can get a couple more bands. I hope I like the black fabric one coming with my watch I will get it in a couple more colors maybe and I was going to maybe try one sports band but I have this one now so we'll see just wish it was black or white.

Anybody find on Amazon or... an adapter that will fit the new style lug on the watch 8 and fit 20 mm bands?
I saw ones for the new lug and 22mm bands.

Am ok with changes if solutions to adopt older bands present themself.

I was looking on Amazon too and I only saw 22. I don't really want to deal with an adapter but I have three or four bands from my seven that I really like and I wish they made the same for the 8.

I ordered the adapter from Amazon, but it must be coming from China. It has been shipped, but estimated delivery between Aug 12 and Aug 19.

I got everything from Amazon. I can't wear the silicone bands from Samsung. I didn't like the magnetic fabric one they have. I have a Polar watch that I can wear, but for some reason the kind of silicone that comes on the samesung bands causes a reaction on my skin.

I bought a couple of these MoKo Silicon bands for *cheap* and I look forward to receiving them tomorrow:

I used an OEM S/M band with my GW7 which fit perfectly, but the S/M that came with my GW8 Classic was a tad shorter and more uncomfortable.

Not to mention, the new band/clasp mechanism also prevented the watch from setting down flush against the surface, disqualifying it from charging on my Samsung Trio Wireless charger. This new MoKo band doesn't seem to have that issue.

Wow! That's funny because the silicone sports ones irritate my skin also. Makes me red like a rash. Last year this one creme color one was a ittle better I think but I didn't wera it long enough to see. For some reason last years velcro fabric was my favorite and I have 3 colors. So this years is magnetic and you don't like it. I got a black fabric one to match my 40mm graphite but I guess I'll search Amazon tonight after work. I have a $50 gift card. My husband wants a full bumper cover for his classic. He said he likes my graphite better than his. He wish his watch was all black ad not silver with the round black circle. He said should I get a 44 graphite but he is coming from a 6C and I said no just find an all black cover. Anyone with the classic what are you using full covers screen and bezel protectors separately? He sent me a picture of just both watches in the box and I may end up liking the squircle now. Can't wait to get home in a couple hours to check it out.

They look just like the Samsung ones with the blue and the orange on the sides like my cream colored one from Samsung last year that I got with my cream watch they called it. I really want a purple one and they don't have a small purple one there's a set of five colors and I like four out of the five colors but it's only in medium and large.

But thanks for the link I will order a couple different colors or at least one to see how I like it. Well I got home from work and I know I ordered the black fabric mine came with the black sports one I am so .. I called and they want me to return the whole watch and I don't want to go through all that. I called and she's trying to get me a promo code for to get a fabric band but I told whoever I talked to that 2 other people were getting me promo codes because I was told all my old ones would work before I bought. I said 2 different people told me to wait 24 to 48 hours and I never heard anything. She said she will call me back tomorrow but I think since pre-order is over the bands may go up from 34.99 to 50 something I don't know. I will sleep with this sports band and see how it does.

I do kind of like the looks with my bumper cover. I got 2 sets the transparent ones aren't open where the watch bands go and you would have to take them off to take the cover off and they make the watch look bad their going back. The black one will stay on there it's nice and I like that it's open where the bands go so if I wanted to take it off it's easy no taking off the bands. Now I know what to look for if I want other colors. Ok now to set up the watch.

Well this is what my husband is getting today on the left and I hope it fits nicely and he decides to keep the watch. I think the six classic was all black and he just likes that better but this one's really nice too. He got the black circle face but didn't remember it being silver also. But his came with a bumper cover and a bezel cover and two protectors for like 9 or 10 bucks. But my bumper covers if you see the one that's clear transparent and then look at the black and the white one is my free one from this mystery gift box the black and white are both open. The rubber transparent one if you want to take it off you got to take the bands off every time and I'm not doing that. They're going back. And the black one I have on now will stay on there I have an extra one and if I ever get a White Band I'll use the white one. They sent me a 44 white one I have no use for it. But I was in a hurry and he needed something today so I got him that and if it don't work out I'll look for there's an all-in-one. But I'd really like to find him a similar watch band to the one that he had with the 6C that doesn't have the buckle he loves that. You can see my small wrist and the 40 was good for me. I had ordered him this 4 pack of protectors only and it says 8C 46mm that's what I chose but on the box is shows 47mm but says 8C it's weird and I noticed the company gave me a credit. Is the Ultra 47 maybe they sent wrong ones but box said 8C i'm sure but 47mm not 46mm.

I slept with my new watch and the black sports one so far not too bad . Usually one hole is too tight and the next one is a little lose but last night I got it adjusted ok and it actually seems ok. I am going to take it off for charger when I get I the shower and will see if it's red and irritated under there. I know their will be a watch mark it's kind of tight. Most of the time I get red and irritated and occasionaly I don't. But I still want other bands and am mad I got this one when I know I ordered the fabric but I could be wrong and made the mistake myself. But I hope I get this promo for a band or at least to pay for 1/2 of it.

I was told it was I just took it off the charger at 3:55 it was on 45% around 3:15 my wall plug is a 25 watt which is fine just wondering if I should use the new one and it was kind of warm when I took it off.

It's the same as the 7. That's why none of them can charge on the back of the phones anymore. The new sensors on the watch doesn't allow the power share charging.

I also just dropped the watch onto my 3-in-1 charger on my night stand and it picked up right away.

What 3 in one charger do you have? I got a free duo charger one year from Samsung with one of my watches I never use it. I gave it to my husband the other day I had it at work in my locker. It's just the flat one you set the watch on. I would like one were the watch hangs on it.

Yeah, I am disappointed that the 8 doesn't fit on the 3 in 1 charger. I'm hoping that over time the strap will relax a bit and let it sit flatter on the charger. As of now I need to remove the straps or use the charging puck.
