We just switched to AT&T and the voicemail settings are grayed out, how can I get it working?

we just switched to AT&T and the voicemail settings are greyed out

I have a galaxy 6 edge note and we changed carriers to AT&T. my voicemail no longer works and the settings for the voicemail is greyed out. What do I need to do?
