I too have an iPhone+Apple Watch combo and I'm using the Pixel 2+Moto 360 (2015).

I have a Pixel 2 XL which I'm running a Moto 360 Sport off of. I like the Moto watch. I've had it for about 1 1/2 years and it's been a great companion to my phone. I was really disappointed to hear that Moto has no plans to update their watch lineup but I was pleasantly surprised when I received an update to Android Wear 2.0. If I were buying a watch right now, I'd probably take a hard look at the LG Watch Sport.

I don't know if it was the sport version but I was in Costco the other day and they had a display with S3's for $249.

I have a Pixel 2 XL and LG Urbane smart watch. It is an excellent match! The features added to the watch with the newer phone are pretty cool!

No, I wish. Using the Gear Sport with Pixel 2 and it works for me, not as good as Apple Watch and iPhone but it's close.

I just purchased the Verizon Wear 24 on ebay new for $28 plus $4 shipping today. I already have a tracking number. I currently have a Gear S3 but I hate the non-combatability of Tizen and stock Android. The description says it will work without LTE service. If it does, I know the watch is discontinued but for $30 bucks, why not.

Had first LG Urbane--actually still have. Got S3 Frontier. Twice as good. Not fan of Wear.

I can confirm that Costco is selling the Frontier version for $250. I bought one yesterday and there are things that I like and some that I don't. I will say Android Wear plays so much better with this phone. The app store is incredibly limited as well compared to AW. A shame because it's a nice watch and I like the operating system overall. I'll likely be returning the SG3 and getting an LG sport but I'm going to give it a week.
