What do you like about HD widgets over BW? I'm debating whether its worth buying HD over the BW that I already have.

i don't have a G-Nex yet but when i do i will use Fancy Widgets. after playing around with Fancy Widgets i found some really, really cool skins. Fancy Widgets is by far my favorite Clock/Weather App. i bought the full version for $2.89. here's what it looks like - (not my screenshot) - look familiar?

I just got beweather and its great. I like how I can use my skins from beautiful widgets. The sense 3.5 like weather animation is sweet. My only issue is not being able to set tapping the clock to open the alarms without choosing and installing a different alarm app. Also tapping the date doesn't open the Calender either like beautiful widgets but overall I like it more so far. I just use a separate calendar widget.

Any recommendation for good alarm app? I have it open the clock and access it that way but beautiful Widgets would open right into the alarms screen.

I actually like getting away from the Sense clock, that's why I even used Fancy Widgets on my Thunderbolt. This is what my screen looks like now...

I have been going back and forth between HD Widgets and Beautiful Widgets and I am leaning more towards HD Widgets, it just looks a lot better on the screen than Beautiful Widgets does. I like the look of the full 4x4 screen since I like to only have the docked icons on the main screen.

I am using BEWeather.

I really like the ability to turn off background updates during certain hours as I dont need it checking every hour while i'm sleeping.
It really does look great too.

Does anyone know which weather widget is on the GN that The Verge reviewed? It kind of looks like the stock but it is transparent. I want that one.

i really like the big HTC Sense Clock/Weather widget style. there's just something really comforting to me about it. i've tried others - but i always keep coming back to it.
